Dr. Sutherland is the CEO of the USF Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation (CAMLS); Associate Vice President, USF Health; and Associate Dean, Morsani College of Medicine, Continuing Professional Development.

Dr. Sutherland has strategic and administrative responsibility for the continuing professional development activities of the Colleges of Medicine, Nursing and Public Health.  She is also the CEO for USF Health Professions Conferencing Corporation and President of USF Health's International Foundation in Panama.  Dr. Sutherland serves in a leadership role with national and state organizations that accredit CME programs.  On the national level, she is an accreditation surveyor for the ACCME and served six years on the ACCME's Accreditation Review Committee (ARC).  On the state level, she works with the Florida Medical Association's CME Committee to accredit intrastate providers of continuing medical education.  Dr. Sutherland is also involved with SACME and has served as southeastern regional representative, chaired the Society's membership committee, and presently serves as Treasurer of the Society.

FEI members, sponsors and guests attending this event will receive a tour of the 90,000 sq. ft. facility and be given the opportunity to view its high-tech computer and robotic simulators.  We will also be apprised of usage and impact of the facility on our community.

Parking:  Recommended parking lots are the Levy Lot (corner of Florida Avenue and Brorein, directly behind CAMLS) or the City of Tampa's Fort Brooke Parking Garage (located at the intersection of Franklin and Whiting Streets, just one block from CAMLS).  There is no complimentary parking available for this event.
